Returns Policy

Unfortunately as all of our item are made to order we are not able to accept returns unless there is a fault with the item or if we have made an error with the personalisation.

In the rare event of this happening please email us a brief description of the error along with a picture of the fault.

Please see the individual items for information on the dispatch time. All estimate are in working days and therefore please to not couldn't Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays when calculating your deliver time. Once dispatched the item will be sent FREE via the Royal Mail 2nd class service and will arrive in 2 working Days. If you would like the item sent quicker or special delivery please get in touch and we can provide a postage cost for you.
